The security of your online activity on PropiCare Inc and the security of your data is important to us. If you are a customer of our ASP platform, we will never pass your data on to any third party for any reason.

We have implemented an exhaustive security methodology in keeping with the highest acceptable standards. Administrator access to your account is enabled upon authentication using a login-ID and Password. We encrypt all passwords stored in the database using the AES encryption algorithm which is certified and prefered by the Department Of Defence. We also require that your passwords comply with the CERN guidelines. Further, all data is stored in a secure database. Using a 3-tier architecture, access to database server is ONLY through the application layer using an authenticated connection, with all other data ports shut off.

PropiCare Inc has and adheres to an elaborate operational policy with respect to internal access to databases, employee background checks and a personnel policy that guarantees all sensitive client information is secure.
